This was my first “big girl” purchase since graduating nursing school! Being so, I was unsure and apprehensive about the whole process and having never financed before which only added to the apprehension. But those at AutoMax really made this whole process easy and “haggle-free”. I’m very thankful for people like, Mike, who made this experience so simple and seamless. I wasn’t pushed or pressured while making my purchase, and the customer service alone was just simply great. No problems with the overall purchase. Only a little disappointed that they swear by their 120 whatever point inspection yet our car had an obviously frayed serpentine belt caused by a damaged alternator pulley that was not caught or repaired.

I was very pleased with my experience. People were buying left and right while we were their. Michael was very easy to work with and went out of his way to get us the best trade in price, and was very knowledgeable of the car that we wanted. He made sure to show us how everything worked in the car. He got us in a new car faster than we had ever, and we were on our way. Joe was also very sharp. We were very impressed on his knowledge of finance. Great guy to talk to also.
