Allen was on top of it from the time I called him after seeing the ad for this particular Dodge truck online. I had a two hour ride from my hometown and actually overslept, but we were able to adjust my appointment, and the keys were held so I had first chance to test drive it. It was in great shape as he explained earlier on our text communications. Was not quite sure if this would be the ideal vehicle after measuring the bed length and width. But we both began to brain storm and came up with some simple solutions around that. Had all the paperwork done in just over an hour, and the vehicle was mine. Thanks Allen!! Being an expectant mother & having a toddler, I was dreading car shopping but it had to be done. I went into AutoMax on Monday, March 12th to look at a Ford Explorer, Nathan greeted my husband & I and took us right to the car, I test drove it, did not like it. I never felt pressured by Nathan. We asked him if there was any Buick Enclave AWD?s available, they are hard to come by. Nathan checked for us and there was one that just became available! I fell in love with it! First experience with AutoMax of Ocala. We bought our "fun car" 2015 Mazda Miata. Michael was our sales person. Did a great job answered all questions, lots of patience, made a sale. Just purchased a second car from Automax because my 1st experience was so excellent! If you want a trusted relationship with a salesman, then use Mark Travis! This guy looked out for vehicles for us and called me when something new that he thought I'd like came in, he came to work on his days off because that was when it was convenient for me, and he made sure if I had any problems or special requests, they were taken care of. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else!
