Being an expectant mother & having a toddler, I was dreading car shopping but it had to be done. I went into AutoMax on Monday, March 12th to look at a Ford Explorer, Nathan greeted my husband & I and took us right to the car, I test drove it, did not like it. I never felt pressured by Nathan. We asked him if there was any Buick Enclave AWD?s available, they are hard to come by. Nathan checked for us and there was one that just became available! I fell in love with it! Nathan made the whole process so easy for us, from start to finish! If you are looking for a new car and you are dreading having to deal with a pushy salesman, go see Nathan! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Automax. my sales person was Nathan, he was knowledgeable, honest and pleasant. He listened to what I wanted and he made it happen! When I am ready for another vehicle will ask for Nathan. I have recommended Automax to numerous friends.

Just purchased a second car from Automax because my 1st experience was so excellent! If you want a trusted relationship with a salesman, then use Mark Travis! This guy looked out for vehicles for us and called me when something new that he thought I'd like came in, he came to work on his days off because that was when it was convenient for me, and he made sure if I had any problems or special requests, they were taken care of. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else!

Nate in Sales, and Dan in Finance were borh very down to earth and efficient. I knew what I wanted and was not pressured to look at anything else. I think I could have done better negotiating, and frankly these guys did some of that without my asking. Overall, great experience. Love my car!
