I cannot believe what a wonderful experience it is to buy a vehicle from Steve Wallace at Automax in Ocala. From start to finish, it was smooth sailing. I called Steve ahead of my visit to Automax, and explained what I wanted in a vehicle: Recent model year, very low miles and fairly to very economical. Once in the showroom, he showed me a model on the lot that I liked, but it wasn?t quite right for me?.THEN he suggested a 2016 Electric Blue Kia Soul, that had tons of room and VERY low miles?4222 miles to be exact. Steve accompanied me on the test drive and I was hooked. So happy he had the exact vehicle in mind that I told him I wanted. This is the second time I?ve bought a vehicle at Automax with Steve Wallace handling the sale, and I spread the word, and even had friends who went to Steve and bought a Hyundai Santa Fe. I had such a pleasant experience buying my SUV from AutoMax. Dan was very helpful and made the process very pleasant. I came to Ocala late after work to purchase my Car and they all stayed and took care of me until I was able to actually drive off the lot that night in my new vehicle. I didn't expect that but it was so nice!! I had been looking for months and visited several car dealers and a lot of them were horrible to work with. These guys were fantastic!! I had been trying to purchase a Truck for about a month and due to my own fault of a declining credit rating I was having bad luck... Dan G at Automax did everything he could to make sure I would not waste his or my time before coming in to look around.
