I was pleased as soon as I walked into the doors. I wasn't immediately accosted by a salesperson and actually had to request to speak to someone at the front desk. Clarence was the salesperson and really took care of me. There was no pressure to purchase anything and Clarence was very accommodating. The overall process was so easy I was able to purchase a vehicle with my two children present. I have already recommended this dealership to others and will go back again.

Clarence Smith did a fine job in facilitating the purchase of the BMW. He was attentive, diligent with maintaining contact, providing updates and conducting follow up. He ensured that the car was appropriately detailed and cleaned thoroughly and that's greatly appreciated. The car was turned over with a half tank of gas which was most unfortunate and unusual. We typically purchase cars with a full tank of gas. Perhaps he forgot...

I would like to take a few minutes to personally thank Auto Max of Ocala, and especially Edgar, the salesman who took the time to show me and help me with ALL my questions and concerns while looking for a car to replace the one I lost in a 4 car pile up in Pittsburg, Pa. There was never any pressure, nor did they bad mouth any other company when I said I was going to look further before I decided what car I wanted. I wound up going back to Auto Max, and Edgar, and purchased a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country on Sunday July 31st. I am TOTALLY happy with all aspects, and I even went back on Wednesday to get help with some of the features, and Edgar helped me with a smile and treated me like I was the most important person there.
