I had been shopping for a truck for a weeks before making a trip up to automax in Ocala. Having purchased a previous car from somewhere other than a "major" dealer I was skeptical, because my last experience with my previous vehicle was so bad. Now, having shopped at a local dodge dealer and a local Chevy dealer already I knew what I was looking for. Upon arrival I was paired up with Ryan. He was knowledgeable and to the point. Didn't around a bunch of nonsense, just showed me what I wanted. The best part is he knew what he was talking about. I got the exact vehicle I was looking for at a stress free price the "major" dealerships couldn't come close to matching. I'll 100% send friends and family and will purchase from them in the future.

Good place to buy a used car. My sales rep Steve went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me, even after we had to search and look at different vehicles to fit my budget, if you want to get into a nice vehicle go to Automax and ask for Steve.

As a first time buyer of a newer car I was very nervous to get something, and very indecisive. But I couldn't have had a better salesman help me with my decision. Ryan was very helpful and understanding. He was able to answer every question and helped with any concerns I had. He even got my seat fixed before I drove off the lot. He also kept in touch to let me know what was going on with my vehicle and worked with me around my crazy work schedule. My fiances car had broken down so we had to buy a new one so we decided to try AutoMax first since they have used cars. Dan took care of us, he was very helpful and his customer service was excellent. He showed us a few different car based on what I told him we wanted. The first car I looked at I loved it. It was perfect. Another couple started looking at it after us, and Dan grabbed the keys so we could test drive it before them! We did buy that vehicle and a week later I am still very satisfied with my expierence!
