Had a wonderful experience until David the manager got involved. Gave the parameters of what we needed when we walked in the door. The salesman and finance manager were great to work with until David the manager got involved. He pushed for us to go over our limit even when we expressed our inability to do so. I'll give them another try because of the awesome salesman and finance manager but I will request NOT to deal with David the sales manager!!!

I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson, Ashley. Because I was driving from out of town, she kept in contact until I arrived, letting me know the vehicle was still available. Service was exceptional, making the entire process enjoyable. The vehicle was exactly as indicated, no hidden charges. I highly recommend!

We had an idea of what size vehicle we were looking for and Ryan Frazier let us test drive the vehicles that size and let us know what he thought would work best. We never felt any pressure. We felt that everyone at the dealership treated us kindly and really wanted to help. When we decided what we wanted, we received a fair deal, and even when we had a question after purchase about a service issue, they immediately did what needed to be done to rectify the situation. Would recommend this company and have already.

Ashley Murphy took wonderful care of me at AutoMax. I went in after hitting most of the dealers in town and knowing pretty well what I wanted. Ashley was great, listening to my needs and wants and being very patient with me. We test drove 3 trucks and I found exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Ashley and AutoMax if you're in the market for a barely used vehicle. Great selection and great value!

I had a great first time buyers experience. Ernesto, Dave and Lonand answered all of our questions. I will be goingny took excellent Care of us and were honest. They answered all of our questions. I will be recommending auto max to my friends and family. If and when I need another vehicle, I will be returning to auto max. Great selection. Makes picking one car out a hard decision.

Chris Onett met my wife and I and took her on a test drive of the 2017 Regal. I had been in the day before and thought the Regal would be something she would like and, sure enough she did. Chris spent a lot of time with me , I make the buying decisions, however, we finally decided on a price and the sale was completed. I respect Chris and his salesmanship and the managers over him. We have certainly enjoyed the car. I thank Chris and all those involved in the sale. I will refer others to try AutoMax, before they make other buying decisions.

I walked into AutoMax just curious to see what was on there lot but ended up purchasing a vehicle thanks to Mark Travis. Although it was raining Mark went out of his way to make it easier to view the vehicles I was interested in without having us in the rain. The whole process was simple and easy. I am so greatful to Mark and AutoMax for this experience.
