Just bought my 2nd vehicle from automax. First one kris smith helped us get my wife a almost new 2015 car. And just a week ago ryan Frazier helped me get a almost new 2016 truck. Thank yall so much.

They have a large selection of quality used vehicles and a pretty fast turnover so new options keep coming in. The sales guys I dealt with were Mark and Lenny. Solid guys that didn't harass or pressure me and were willing to keep working with me till I found the truck I wanted. One unexpected positive side was when I went to sign for my vehicle, the finance guy gave me my options for GAP, warranties and other options but didn't irritate me by pressing me to take any of them. I rated the buying process a little lower only because the sales managers were a little rude to their sales staff. I saw one of the managers yell at a sales person and I was only 10 ft away. Whether he deserved it or not be professional and take it to the office.

Automax of ocala is great. The sales man Ryan Frazier was very nice,didn't rush me or haggle me into buying anything I wasn't ready for.He let me test drive any car I wanted as many times as I wanted . He wasn't pushy or annoyed. I felt very comfortable with him. He helped me every step of the way from start to finish. Cecil Ubide was the best!! He haggled and fought to get me in my first dream car and made it happen to what I could afford. There was no pressure like at dealer ships where the sharks circle around waiting for a suckered.
