In the last two months I have had the opportunity to purchase two auto's from Auto Max in Ocala.The buying experience was 4.0, no pressure. The facility including the Rest Rooms was Spotless. In general it was a painless experience. My Sales Person, Steve was more then helpful.All and All a walk in the park.

My husband and I had a great experience with AutoMax Ocala. Ashley Murphy and Andrew Talskey both worked with us and ultimately found a way to shape the deal the way we wanted. They were very focused on getting us the vehicle we wanted and were very friendly and easy going and made the purchase the easiest we have ever had. No pressure, no pushing, no back and forth with the finance team, just worked until they were able to give us the deal we wanted. Frank was our finance representative and he was very efficient and had us in and out in a timely manner. The experience was a pleasant surprise as we have walked out without buying from other dealers due to the pushy attitude and 'back & forth' with manager and finance to make the deal. I was nice to get a straight answer the first time. Highly recommend the AutoMax experience.

I went shopping with my daughter for a car and we stopped at AutoMax, we were greeted by a nice courteous young man that introduced us as the sales person, Michael Fernland. He showed us several nice cars and one car that got my full attention. He was very knowledgeable about it. He took my interest and I ended up buying the car. He explained features of the car, like the gas mileage, warranty, and safety features. I would recommend Michael as a sales person to anyone looking for a good deal.

My husband and I have bought 3 cars now with Automax and all the experiences were great. Got great vehicles for a fair trade in and a fair deal. Mike Fernland was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful. I don't remember our Finance rep's name, (Dan?) was awesome.
