Car shopping is not something we usually look forward to doing. Spent time online looking at vehicles and gone to several dealerships. We were shopping for a mid sized SUV and had found a few that we liked, but just not quite the right fit. While in Ocala we decided to stop in and take a look at AutoMax, because I had seen a few vehicles online that interested me. By far the best experience we have had at a dealership. We not only found a vehicle, we bought it! Customer service was excellent and we the whole process was fairly quick. Shout out to our salesperson Clarence Smith for helping us find our Ford Edge!

Although I never enjoy visiting the car dealership, I must say... today's visit at Automax in Ocala, FL was an exception. Ernesto Daboub was professional, courteous and considerate of my time from beginning to end. I am a first time car buyer , I went into auto max hesistant that I would be able to leave with a car that I loved and could afford. Not only did Tammy help me , but she went out of her way to find something that was perfect for me. The payments were exaclty what I was looking for and the car is basically brand new ! If you go to automax make sure you ask for tammy as she will go out of her way to help you out ! She was the best.

I first met with James Cohen, floor manager, as all the sales persons were busy. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. When I returned, I had Andrew Talsky as a salesperson. He was very nice and helpfu. We completed the transaction in about one hour.

I have used Automax multiple times. My first vehicle was totaled and without hesitation I went right back to Automax. They have Great Staff Great Vehicles at Reasonable Prices.

My experience started online. I was able to get the value of my existing vehicle, apply for credit, shop for a new to me vehicle all online without stepping foot on the Automax property. Dan G. was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. Always available to answer questions, even on his day off. He was mindful of our time and never pushy, not even once! He made this car buying experience "virtual"painless!

I stopped in just to take a look and ended up buying a nice used car, which I love! Dan made buying my first vehicle so fast and easy! Definitely worth making the stop. Searching for a vehicle, Automax won't disappoint!

This place was very fast and efficient, no pushy sales people. Al was great, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. Finance department was great as well. No hassle. Very friendly. Will definitely do business with Auto Max again.
