Rayan Frazier was a great guy. I arrived one day to fill out pre approval and to look around. A few days later I came back with all I needed to and he helped lead me to the exact car I wanted!! He was friendly, helpful, and didn't pressure at all!

in our search for a vehicle we found that most car dealerships are the same---not willing to compromise on a price that is good for them and the customer, and their "we don't need you" attitude. But AutoMax's prices seemed to be good so you don't need to negotiate. Buying a car here is easy. Salesman Dan and Sales Manager Cecil were very nice. The finance employee was typical -- lots of papers to sign, serioius and dull, but nice. Good thing he isn't a sales person. We would recommend looking at AutoMax before you buy anywhere.

I would like to personally thank Tammy for all she did to make my car buying a pleasnt one. She was friendly,caring,answered all my questions I had. I would recommend. Automax to antone qanting to buy a vehicle. Everyone was so nice there and so helpful. I will definetly go back for my next vehicle. They all make you feel comfortable and treat you like family. The whole experience was easy and hassle free! There was a play area for the kids and a TV area where they could relax. The salesman Oseas was not pushy and very friendly. The finance manager Frank was very knowledgeable and informative. He did not talk down to us or pressure us into any decisions either. I will definitely go back for my next car!

Brandon was awesome, the last time I bought a car it was a all day event. At Automax I was in and out in 2 hours and the whole process was stress free. I will be sending friends and family their way!

I was shopping on the entire east coast for a particular vehicle that I could not find anywhere. I decided to try my luck as far down south as Florida. At first, I was worried that they would use my out of state status against me, understanding that if I'm looking for a vehicle all the way in Florida, then I must be desperate. This was not the case, every thing from the very first phone call to the final transition was smooth and easy. Automax Ocala are very responsive and answered every question I had. Jeremy was my sales guy and he is a class act! His follow up game is serious and it was largely due to his follow up and professionalism that I pulled the trigger to make the purchase. I'm up north, but when I'm shopping for my next car in a few years, I will definitely try this dealership first.

My husband and I made the 2 hour drive to purchase a car from Auto Max because they priced the car so competitively. We were happy with the whole experience. We will consider Auto Max for future purchases.
