I was in need of a new car following a car accident i was involved in. When I walked onto the lot I was immediately greeted by Jim Heflin who introduced himself with a friendly smile. Jim was very professional and was knowledgeable on any question that I asked. Jim helped me work within my budget to help me drive off the lot in a brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Jim had great customer service skills and made car shopping a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend going to see Jim Heflin at Auto Max in Ocala if you in need of a new car. You will not be disappointed.

We went to Auto Max of Ocala. We had great service and an awesome Sales Guy hi name was Mark Travis. He was amazing he asked us what we wanted we told him and he took us right to it. He knew our budget and made it happen. He took the time to talk to us and make us feel comfortable. I am very happy with our service here and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Our salesman, Kris Smith, was laid back and let the car sale it self. He is very knowledgeable and very respectful. He made sure the car we chose was perfect for our needs. We recommend auto max and Kris to all of our friends.

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from Automax on 4/25/16. My husband and I worked with Clarence, Rich, and Frank. They were incredible and I truly could not believe the excellent customer service that was provided by everyone. I questioned them throughout the process repeatedly waiting for an answer to change or some other random problem. I felt at ease throughout the entire process and they were awesome. I have been searching for a new truck. Having previously purchased from Auto Max I returned there and I was not disappointed. My wife and I were greeting by Ashley Murphy , we told her what we were interested in and just wanted to look. She directed us to were we might find what we were looking for and said if we had questions she was just a wave away. She is very knowledgeable of the features of each truck we looked at. She was very friendly and easy to work with. the entire process was very efficient and we are very pleased. She even helped us clean out my trade in and transfer my stuff to the new truck. My husband and I just bought a Ford Truck from the Automax Ocala. We had an outstanding experience working with Ryan and Daniel. I have been to places where the salesman were very pushy, however these two made the experience stress free and comfortable. They took the time to make sure we had all of the information we needed to make the best decision for our family.
