We recently purchased a vehicle at Ocala Automax. Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted by Ashley M. And she was Very polite and patient with us. As we narrowed down our selection and test drove numerous vehicles from their huge selection we found the right one! Financing was pretty easy, even with credit blemishes, no fault of theres by the way, we were in and out in a timely manner with little to no pressure at all. Great experience and we will return. When I went in I was just going to get the credit approval paperwork completed and instead I walked out with a car. I have never had such a quick and smooth car purchase.

We had the pleasure of working with Ryan and Matt at AutoMax in Ocala. Both were great to work with and I would recommend both sales associates to any friends or family. Matt was very patient with us in scheduling a time to meet him. Ryan ended up giving us test drives and explaining the cars features. Ryan did all he could to help us find the right car for our situation. He gave us local information as we just moved into the area. He was definitely the right person to sell us a car. Ryan even gave us a referral for selling an old car that didn't run due to an electrical fire. James was the finance guy and he did a great job of explaining all the forms and made sure that we were taken care of regarding the car we purchased. AutoMax went beyond my expectations! They do need to get better coffee and maybe hot Chocolate for the kids!
