I purchased my 2012 Dodge Charger back in August of 2014 the man who helped me was phenomenal, didn't breathe down my neck and made my car buying experience comfortable. The only complaint I have is the car I bought has spots in the paint I asked before I bought it what it was he told me it was just where water had dried and if you rub it, it will go away. I can say after a full year many car washes and waxes it is still there and is definitely a defect in the paint. Wish I would have tested it myself before purchasing as I would have bought the other charger they also had on the lot instead.

I contacted Tammy via email. I had lots of questions but also new what I wanted. I got really sick and sent her a message saying it's gonna be a few weeks before we come in. I got an email that sai no problem feel better. Not one email or phone call. I loved this that I was not being pushed. We went in and I talked to Tammy and told her what I wanted. She showed me a car I said no, she did not try to push me into a car I did not want. I asked her about the 2016 Kia Sportage that I was looking at. I bought the car, no hassle, no fuss. In and out in less than an hour. Thank you so much Tammy Cullison I love my new car!

Purchased a Dodge Ram from Auto Max. This was the best auto experience I have had, very quick compared to other dealerships. Joel was extremely kind and helpful throughout process.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from this store. We came back because our first experience a few years back was pleasant. This time it was just as pleasant. We were able to scope out the cars without someone breathing down our necks and then we were approached when we were ready. Our salesman was Cash Stodghill. He was great. He was not pushy at all and managed to get us just what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about our vehicle as well and was able to answer all our questions. Again, it was our second pleasant experience. The facility is nice as well and ladies, their bathroom is always clean and smells great!

This dealership gave me the best experience I had ever had when buying a car. Dan Gallagher was our salesman, he not only helped us the night prior when the dealership was closed for the evening but was very patient with us the next day as we shopped. My husband and I were indecisive on a vehicle, from a car to a truck. Dan not only showed us all of our options but showed us the most bang for our buck and was not pushy. This was a no pressure experience and we couldn't be happier. We ended up with a truck that we love and have already recommended the dealership and Dan to many other people. We are looking for a car in the near future and will be buying from AutoMax in Ocala, FL.

First time buyer at Automax of Ocala. It has changed soooo much over the years. Ashley Murphy was honest, professional and helped get me everything I was looking for. If she could install the sun roof I wanted she probably would. She goes up and above to make sure her clients are happy. She kept me calm thru the whole process that I was cringing about.

I went in to automax of Ocala as a first time car buyer and my salesman was Ryan Frazier. Awesome guy. Being I didn't know much about buying cars Ryan made me very known of what it takes to buy a car and how automax was the perfect fit for me. I've been denied many times before from other dealers. I mention to Ryan what I was looking for and what I was willing and or could afford to spend. We together found the perfect car for me and really close to what I was willing to pay for a vehicle. So now I'm absolutely happy driving in my nice 2015 Chevy Impala. I've couldn't of have choosen a better place nor salesman to make a dream come true. Thank you so much.
