Greatest buying experience I've had at a dealership! This was my first time at this dealership and it will be the only one I go to from now on. Ashley was very friendly and helpful. They have a vehicle to fit everyone's needs. I had a particular budget I was looking at and Ashley took me around the entire lot to try different vehicles. She was able to get me into a fantastic car with low miles and great gas mileage. You can't beat the prices. They go out of their way to make the customer happy and that's what I liked about my experience. Other dealers that I have been to try to push you into a car if they think they can talk you into it, not here. She listened to all my needs and I never felt pressured, not once. I can't say enough about this place! Thank you so much Ashley for the great experience!

I had a great experience. Dan was helpful but not pushy. Helped me find just what I was looking for. I would def go there and purchase again. Love that you don't have to haggle. If you want the vehicle here is the price. Do wish I had known about the dealer fee however not a deal breaker for me.

The folks at Automat of Ocala are very professional and provide a very comfortable buying experience without all the intimidation and pressure often experienced at other dealerships. James, our salesperson, was extremely patient and helpful making sure we made the best decision in meeting our needs and budget goals. Daniel, the sales manager, was very professional and responded to our all our concerns with genuine care. Sure they want to sell cars and be profitable, however these folks are not just about the sale today but about building relationships for the future as well. Incredible concept, awesome staff, superb facilities, and really nice cars!

Just bought a 2013 Ford Taurus. The AutoMax salesman, Dan, could not have been any better. They were able to get us a car that is perfect at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be going back for all of our future car purchases. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Had a great experience at Automax of Ocala, specifically with Joel Tomlinson. He went above and beyond to help my family get a new car (new to us) and even stayed late on a Friday night so we could come after work to get the car. Highly recommend this place and Joel as the guy to see about a car!

Went in to find a good used work truck. What I found was a great truck very close to the type I was replacing. What was nicer was the way me and my family were treated while we were in the process of looking. Great no pressure sales team. Mr. Santiago was very knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in and didn't try to push me into something that was more expensive like many places try to do. I was not disappointed in any way.
