We went to Automax after hearing ads on the radio. We knew that we wanted a truck, but were unsure of the make or model. Our salesman, James Cohen, was very knowledgeable about each truck we looked at and pointed out details and features. This was our best experience buying a vehicle as there was no hassle or pressure. We will return again when the need arises. We will also recommend James and Automax to our friends. THANKS FOR THE AT DEAL!

I have gone to Dan for both of my vehicles. This time we also worked with Ryan and he was very professional and knowledgeable as well. They are absolutely amazing and not pushy at all. They really look out for your best interest. All of their cars are very nice and clean. I also worked with their finance department and they are also great. They are not like other places that shoot your application to 100 different banks just to get an approval they really take their time and work with you. I will never go anywhere else!!!

Our Salesperson was Tammy and she was absolutely wonderful... This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Auto Max and Highly recommend your facility and people to all our friends and others we meet. James a salesman there also had sold us our previous car and was wonderful and helpful too. Tammy was very professional and did all she could to help make our experience a pleasant and enjoyable buying experience. My husband and I arrived at Auto Max of Ocala on a Friday evening. We spotted a truck we saw on line and traveled on down to the Ocala showroom. We were greeted by Mr. Santigo. He gave us a walk through of this truck. After a test drive, we were convinced we wanted this truck. After begining the paper work, my husband got called out to work, he had to leave right away. Informing them we were unable to finish our deal that night, they put our paper work to the side. I called them and told them we would be back first thing Saturday morning, "We want that truck!" This is our part 2- Mr. Santigo greeted us with a hand shake 1st thing and new truck ready to go. We finish the paper work and we were out of there in no time. We return to Auto Max because of their friendly, fast, service. No pushy salespeople. The fiance departmen,t Mr. David was very thorough and walked us through the paper work in a speedy manner. Looking forward to the next purchase, that would make vehicle number 4!

Bought a 2015 Ram. Very friendly salesman. Ernesto was very helpful and patient. No pressure sales. Definitely recommend them to everyone.
