I went to Auto max of Ocala, FL to meet up with Ryan Frazier and he was a great salesman was very professional and polite he was very knowledgeable. I originally went there to test drive a jeep wrangler and then noticed a Hyundai Genesis Coupe and was drawn to that I got to test Drive them both. Afterwards I had an apt to go test drive another car and Ryan wasn't pushy about anything he was just really nice. Later that night I ended up calling Ryan back to get a price on the Genesis and he talked to a manager who was very helpful and gave me a good price. I drove back there ready to sign paper work so it wouldn't get sold on me, But they closed in 15 min. So the plan was to come back the next day, but Ryan wouldn't be there so he introduced me to Joel Tomlinson and said he would take care of me. Which he did and I was able to drive my new car home that same day. I've never been happier and more pleased

Just purchased a 2015 F150 from Dan and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I got an excellent deal on it and Dan was very knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy at all. From now on thats where I will be going to purchase my vehicles.

My boyfriend and I stopped by Automax of Ocala on a whim last night after his old car had decided it was done for. We went to look at some cars at around 6:30pm and drove off the lot in a new car by 8. Our salesman, Joel Tomlinson, was wonderful. He was personable without being pushy, worked with our budget, and did everything he could to ensure that a deal could be made. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had a car dealership. I never expected us to drive off the lot with a car in less than two hours, but I'm very glad that we did.

My husband and I had a great experience at automax! Got a great deal and they even kept my husbands motorcycle in storage for him for 2 days until he could come pick it up!

It's been a long time since I bought a used car, but I was thoroughly impressed with my salesman Steve Wallace. He was knowledgeable and patient as I test drove several cars until I found the one that I wanted and was within my budget. I highly recommend going to AutoMax and talking to Steve.

When my husband and I went in to AutoMax on Saturday afternoon we were not really expecting to purchase a new vehicle. I knew I liked the Mini Countryman, but I had never driven one before. I saw they had a 2015 Mini at AutoMax, so I figured I would stop and check it out. We were met in the lot by Dan Gallagher, he was super nice introduced himself and said if we had any questions he would be happy to help. We told him that we are actually wanting to look at the Mini and he was happy to show us where it was and answered all our questions. We decided to try and make the deal work. We met with Frank in the finance department, he was super nice and hilarious!! Best time we ever had buying a car. Daniel, went above and beyond as well trying to get a better interest rate. I asked my tire service person, Justin, who he recommends I go to for buying a different vehicle. He told me to ask for Cecil ... Cecil gave me straight answers and provided me with 2 choices to meet my requirements of budget, etc. He called in Steve to help complete the buying process and I was out of there in record time! I highly recommend Automax of Ocala ... I am very satisfied and I will be telling all my friends in the Villages just how easy they made the stress-filled exercise of buying a car!
