Automax completely exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Tammy and Ashley!! Let me share with you my story: I, like most people ruined my credit at a young age with credit card debt and repo's. I set out to fix my credit but knew it wasn't good or perfect credit. I worked hard, kept my job, and became responsible with my finances. I hated the fact that my past credit history stopped me from becoming credit worthy in the present. I bought buy here pay here cars only to get to point A to point B. Sadly each day I drove in fear due to the many times my car breaking down. I was so scared to go to a dealership not because I wouldn't get approved but because of the thousands you would have to put down and huge $450 (+) monthly payments you would have to make. Several dealers in Ocala fed me that run around, that pressure, and hassle but not Automax. I literally have been communicating on and off with Tammy Cullison since Jan of this year. Fear would happen and I would postpone more and more buying a safe and newer vehicle. Tammy never pressured me. She reassured me that when I'm ready that she will be too. Finally last night I had it with my old vehicle, and I ran into not only Tammy but also Ashley too. I had the pleasure in knowing because of my Zumba classes. They both worked with me, provided excellent customer service, they were patient and stayed with me all the way till the end. I am no longer driving in fear...thank you Automax of Ocala! Matt Hurd met us when we walked up, Very friendly, Very helpful. Dan Caputo the finance Manager was also great to work with. We explained we were in a bit of a hurry to pick up our grand daughter and they kicked it into overdrive. We were driving home in our new truck within one hour.
