After months of visiting many car dealers here in Ocala and out of town with poor customer service, we decided to stop by Automax of Ocala the evening of August 5 , (just to look). We wanted a late model SUV that is good on gas mileage. Matt Hurd was our salesman and was very helpful. We chose the 2015 Kia Sportage and purchased the vehicle within the last hour of business. I can?t rave enough about how great of an experience we had, and our sales associate Lenny was amazing! He was knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable and at no point during our visit did we feel the least bit pressured. Unlike the sales associates at the previous two dealerships we visited, Lenny listened to what we wanted and helped us to find the perfect vehicle that suited our needs. There was even a play area for the kids with toys and games which my children loved. I can honestly say next time we looking to purchase a vehicle we?re going back to Automax!

First off I would like to say our salesman Lenny was fantastic. He was pushy or over talkative. My husband and I test drove 4 cars and not once did he act like we were wasting his time. He even went out of his way to bring the 4th car up for us to test drive. Then he stepped away to let us talk over the decision. And after the hard part of finding the car was over, David in Financing got us a great rate in no time. I highly recommend using Automax of Ocala.
