My wife and I recently purchased a Kia Sorento at Auto Max. We worked with Mark to find exactly what we were looking for, checking their inventory several times over the course of a few weeks until we found the perfect vehicle. Mark never pressured us into buying something that wasn't what we wanted, helped us to get a good price when we found the right one, and made the whole process easier than we expected. Everyone we talked to at Auto Max was really helpful, even when we just stopped by to look and be on our way. But we are especially thankful for Mark's help through this entire process.

I just purchased a used Ford Escape from Automax of Ocala. The process, from start to finish, was under an hour and a half...which was very important to me as I am constantly pressed for time. My Sales Rep, Ryan Frazier, was fantastic. He clearly communicated my options without being pushy. He was very reassuring and had a definite ease about him. My extended warranty options were plenty and clearly laid out, as well. All in all, I am very satisfied and will certainly recommend Automax, and specifically Ryan, to anyone in search of a vehicle.
