I could not have asked for a better salesperson than Tammy. She worked with me to find a vehicle that was right for me and calmed whatever anxiety I had about this experience. Tammy brought the truly personal touch to me, no pressure and just helped me work through this process. This is the second vehicle I have bought through Tammy. I went there to test drive a 2015 Buick Encore Convenience they had advertised. My co-worker recommended her sales rep Kris Smith. He was beyond polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was informed of my arrival and had the Buick ready to test drive by the time I arrived. The finance person Frank helped so much. He was able to help keep my payments manageable. Between my test drive and finance paperwork I was there a total of 2-3 hours.
