I was totally impressed with the buying experience my wife and I had at Automax. Our salesman Mark was very helpful and not pushing at all. The experience was great, we felt like everyone there really cared about our buying experience. Thanks we will be back!

I bought a vehicle From ryan about a week ago and it was the easiest buying process I have ever had with a vehicle. Ryan was very respectful and I would highly recommend him to anybody in the market for a vehicle.

I have bought a lot of cars in my days. The no pressure atmosphere at Automax made the purchase easy with no stress. Mark did a great job and made us feel like family. I would reccomend Automax to anyone. If you are in need of a vehicle go to Automax and ask for Mark, you will be glad you did.

I was expecting the buying process to take a while, but I was wrong! It was a very good deal at a good price and friendly service by the salesman, Mark Travis. No hatchet man involved! Financing was quick as well. Extended service was offered, but not pushed. Very nice! The reason I rated the facilities as average is that they are in the middle of remodeling.

Many thanks to my friends at Automax in Ocala. I purchased a 300 in October 2013. After driving it a few times the ETC light kept flashing and then the car drove really hard. I spoke to Cecil and he said bring the car in and we will fix it. There is nothing unusual about this except that the car was out of warranty. Well, Automax fixed the car without charging me a thing and they had to replace the whole throttle system. Can you believe it they fixed it without charge. I can never say enough nice things about Automax or about the wonderful, friendly people that they have working there. What a way to do business? This used to be the old American way of doing business. Maybe Automax can teach other dealers a thing or two.

Mark Travis came directly to us once my wife and I got out of our vehicles. He was very upbeat and optimistic throughout the whole process which made it less stressful for us. He provided the best service that we've had at a dealership. It truly was a blessing to meet him and we ended up with a great salesperson, a great car, and a fantastic deal! Truly satisfied!

They were very low pressure and helped me feel comfortable in my buying process. Don't just take my word for it go in to Automax and talk to Ryan if you are in the market for a vehicle at a great price.

Automax changed my views on buying a car because of the great salesman Joel. I used to hate going to a buy a car but this experience was different. Joel helped us and he was awesome! He was so knowledgable about so many different cars and spent a lot of time with me and my family. We looked at vehicles last week with Joel but was not ready to buy. Thinking on it for a week we decided to go back and talk to Joel about a Tahoe we looked at last week. When we got there Joel had already had the car ready for us to take for a spin. We ended up buying a different car but Joel was so patient and helpful. Also the paperwork was so easy. I had thought that I better be ready to leave quick after they give my husband the trade in value but we were pleasantly surprised and haggling was not needed. Paperwork took a few mins (thank goodness because we had our 2 children with us) and we were on our way home. Joel and this company are top notch and I would defiantly reccomend them! Great car buying experience!!
