I came in looking for a cheaper car but still was in good shape. I left there feeling like I was taken care of very well and one person stuck out to me it was my salesman Ryan he went to work for me and did everything in his power to get us a great deal. Anybody who is in the market go see Ryan at automax he will work you a great deal

We recently moved to Florida from Hawaii and upon our arrival we realized we needed a 2nd vehicle we went into automax one day and met Mr. Ryan Frazier when we met Ryan we told him our wants and needs in a vehicle and he showed us a few until we fell in love with a certain vehicle. Don't take my word for it just go see Ryan at automax and he will go to work for you like he did to us.

Salesmen Bryan and Joel were very helpful in purchasing a 2013 Dodge pickup. They were extremely friendly and attentive to my needs. While there was quite a haggle over trade in values, the salesmen seemed to be on my side to get me the best deal and I appreciate their efforts.

After spending many hours with high pressure sales staff at other dealerships in Ocala (especially Deluca Toyota) I was releived to meet Rob Mancuso at Automax. I walked on to the lot not knowing what I wanted to buy and Rob took the time to test drive multiple cars and answer all of my questions before I finally selected the vehicle that was right for me. When it came time to talk payment,s it took us less than 10 minutes to make a deal as my first counter offer was accepted. In fact the process was so easy I was suspicious that something was wrong and I must have over paid, despite feeling like I had negotiated a good deal for myself. They showed me the invoice and what they paid for the vehicle from auction and they made a very small but fair profit but I was not over paying by any means. My credit score was low and I was not sure if I would be able to get financed but again the process was very easy. I was able to get financed from a reputable lender, however, the finance team never stopped looking for my best deal. Even after I had agreed to an interest rate and monthly payments that I could accept, they found me an even better offer just as I was about to sign the contract and lowered my interest rate and payments by $50! To be honest, I've had a mechanical issue since I've bough the vehicle and despite bringing it in twice to be repaired the issue is still ongoing. But what amazes me is how they are dealing with the issue, no questions asked, "just bring it in and we'll make it right". So I have no doubt that issue will be resolved. Overall, this was a remarkably superior and relaxed buying experience, I would recommend this dealership, and specifically Rob Mancuso, to anyone looking for a qualiuty used car.

My parents recently bought a truck from CarMax as kind of a spur of the moment decision. With aging parents there is always a worry that a shyster salesman will take advantage of a quick decision situation. I must admit that I was skeptical when my mother called and said they were looking at buying a truck but Jim Heflin took any worry and pressure out of the buying experience for them by even holding the truck until my husband could inspect and approve the vehicle. Jim went out of his way to make the sale even bargaining on the price. After some pretty extensive research the offer Jim made was lower than any comparable offer within two states. Being a used vehicle there were some minor issues but even after the sale Jim made himself available and ordered everything needed to assure us all that the vehicle was everything they were looking for. THANK YOU JIM for going the extra mile. As for the buying process portion of the sale we did have some issues with them not looking into the financing institution that we requested and ended up handling it ourselves after the sale. There was also some dragging of the heels with GAP insurance paperwork but all in all Automax was a good sale.

I was able to buy the car of my dreams at Automax Ocala Fl and Mark Travis gave us great service during the buying process. Would refer to family and friends.
