A month ago I started a car search, and up until a week ago I couldn't find a car that met my expectations. A couple days ago I stopped in auto max to browse around for my first car. I returned a few days later to purchase the vehicle and Greg assisted me in looking at the car, taking it for a test drive, down to buying the car. he was very nice and helpful especially considering I didn't know a thing about how to buy a new car. there were a few things that needed to done to the car before buying it. Greg made sure the car was detailed for me and even had it alined at the shop for me. in the office they helped me get the perfect plan to pay for my car. I would recommend purchasing a car from auto max to anyone looking for quality and friendly people who will make your purchase worthwhile.

I recently went to Automax to purchase a new vehicle. My salesman was James. He was very helpful, professional, and nice. Even though there were a few complications with the buying process, Tony and James helped fix the problems and help make it a good experience.

I went to Automax to test drive and get an idea of what car to purchase. I had such a wonderful experience and Drew was so patient and helped me find what I was looking for. He let me test drive a number of cars and was a great negotiater and really listened to what I needed and could afford. I will definitely go back to Automax for my next car. Ernesto "Ernie" is the most professional, patient, and knowledgeable car salesperson with whom I have ever dealt. My car purchasing experience was actually pleasant. Ernie never once pressured me or tried to persuade me to consider something in which I wasn't interested. I ran the poor man all over the lot, in and out of the dealership with keys for many different cars. This was over the course of 4 different days; once for hours in the boiling heat and once for hours in the cold windy rain. Even after test driving almost a dozen cars Ernie never showed any frustration, impatience or disappointment with me. He always kept a professional demeanor and smile. He never made idle chit-chat or overly confident attempts at a fake friendship to try and "win" me over. He treated me with utmost respect as an intelligent consumer. Further, Ernie is completely amazing with his knowledge of every kind of make and model automobile on the AutoMax lot. No matter what I asked, Ernie knew the answer! Still, he never overdid it. If you are looking to make a car purchase, even if you're not sure what you want, I highly recommend Ernie at AutoMax. He will kindly and politely help you find the right one and with great professionalism.

Mt wife and I went to Automax looking for a used car, on April 15. Rich Wood was our sales person. Rich listened to our requirements and showed us several cars.and was very patient with us. We were never pressured. He was very polite we were very impressed with his knowledge of all the various cars. Tony the finance person was very proffesional and efficeint. This was the best overall experiece we have ever had buying a car. We would certainly come back here again.

My wife and I have been looking for a used car for the past few weeks. We visited several car lots but hadn't found the car that fit our requests. We also received the common pushiness by the salespersons that you only know too well by used car dealers. Both my wife and I are very insistent and know what we want. We also expect courtesy, respect, a person who is willing to listen to our requests, know what they're talking about and are honest. We visited AutoMax in Ocala, FL this past weekend. Not only were we greeted by a pleasant man who displayed professional courtesy, but was most interested in listening to what we were looking for. He was very interested in what we had to say and what all our concerns were as to purchasing a used car. He did not throw his weight around trying to make a sale. The first car he showed us was not quite right for our needs. The second car we looked at was the perfect fit. Through our negotiations, my wife and I made the purchase. We found that at AutoMax, Rich Woods, our salesperson, was a delight to be associated with. Also Cecil Ubide, the sales manager, was very special as were all the staff we spoke to. My wife and I felt like family. AutoMax is very professional in all aspects, knowledgeable about automobiles, and caring for our desires at purchasing a used car. Their communication was superb. We never felt pushed or as if we were just a statistic. We will suggest to everyone who want to purchase a car, that AutoMax is the place to visit. And for ourselves, if ever the need arises, AutoMax will be the place we'll go. I searched for a quality used truck in Citrus, Orange, and other counties thinking I would get a better deal. I did get a better price in Orlando but they would only give me half on my trade that Automax in Ocala produced. Drew H. was very courteous and let my boys and I test drive the truck that I eventually purchased.
