Once again, Automax in Ocala has made my car buying
Once again, Automax in Ocala has made my car buying experience a great one. It was time to trade in the car I bought from them 4 years ago, as life said I needed a bigger car. Not only did i get a great trade in deal, but Jonathan Stodghill and Demetree were fantastic and patient. They took the time to listen to me and let me take as much time as I needed to make a decision, and I looked at well over 15 different vehicles. This place is great, I'll never buy a car anywhere else there was a problem but when brought to their attention they put full force of the team to make it right. They went above and beyond and fixed it better than expected. I've never been happier with a car purchase. Cash, Dan Galiger, Scott and Dan Caputo all five star performances. Great Experience

I spoke with customer service and she told me I’d get a call back from manager. No call came, I’m past time I can return it and my salesman said take it to Chevy dealership. What kind of answer is that? I am over 65 and debating whether to report as some kind of elder discrimination. I will tell everyone I know to not use this dealership. Liked salesman and finance woman fine. Dealership not even a little bit

My husband and I came in, browsing trucks. We were impressed with the variety of inventory with low miles and reasonable prices. We were greeted by Charlie who listened to what we were interested in and allowed us to test drive what we thought we wanted. He then recommended the perfect truck and what started as a browse, turned into a purchase. Everyone that we encountered was courteous and great to work with.

Very pleased
Charlie, our salesman was energetic, attentive and knowledgeable. He listened to our wants and never pressured us into anything. We test drove a truck that my husband liked and Charlie listened to everything that he liked about it and the things he didn't like about it. He suggested another truck and that was the truck we had been looking for. Annette in finance made us feel warm and confident. Even when we almost backed out, she never pressured us, just let us talk it through. We got a great rate, excellent customer service and a beautiful truck! So glad we stopped.
