Mine "I have spoken to your Tony your GM in the Ocala office. He did not seem very helpful. Beside making me feel stupid. Your Finance man Dan sat there and to me and my husband that these vehicles go through a thorough inspection and everything was in good working condition. Apparently not. I 2 codes (check engine light came on 2 days after I purchased). I informed the salesman David it pulled to the left, so I went to get alignment and found out it needed ball joint and bearings. So I am still fighting with them. All before I even make my 1st payment. And saying I will give you $150 is not working it out." "I know they said they didn't want to do anything because I had the repairs done and didn't contact them first and I purchase the vehicle as is. Also because I put the comment on this site they would had done more but I gave them a negative review on social media. This is the only place I made an response to about the dealership. I did contact the BBB but because we couldn't come to an agreement they closed the case. They kept telling me we will give you, your car back and your down payment. I told them " that I already had your vehicle repaired so now I would be out the $1800 still and get my car and down payment back. How is that fair. Yes I would love for someone other than the people I spoked to at the dealership to contact me." As you can see they never did anything to make it right. First time purchasing there and last time. I guess that is why they say Buyer Beware.
