I stopped in a couple days later and walked past Frank.

I stopped in a couple days later and walked past Frank. I said hi and he didn’t recognize me or ask how I was liking my new ride. No one showed me any of the operations of the vehicle. I called and left a message regarding gettin the factory pin for door how to obtain and no one has ever called back.

Worst experience I ever had with buying a car.

Worst experience I ever had with buying a car. I was lied to by the salesman who admitted to the manager.then when I came to do the deal it changed because he said he didn't want me back or call again. I've never been so upset with the way I was treated. Everyone seen me upset but not why I was. Bottom line it was an awful experience. I still ended up buying the car because I love the car but it was horrible experience.

I found the vehicle I wanted and Haley was there to help me with the purchase and everything else needed. She is very personable and knowledgeable as well. A very likable young lady who I would buy from again!

My husband and I purchased a 2020 gmc Acadia a few weeks

My husband and I purchased a 2020 gmc Acadia a few weeks ago and within a few days of having it we had to have service on it to replace a sensor already. Our salesperson Victor told us that we would be getting a second key to the vehicle and that was in the purchase agreement, we also noticed a scratch on the back windshield glass & the backup camera has a film on it. Those were brought to Victor and the managers attention and my husband had to fill out paperwork about it to have it fixed. We have not heard from anyone at automax since then about the extra key or about the two issues with the car. I am very disappointed. I feel like they got their commission from the sale & could care less about the rest. I would like a manager to call me about this issues asap.

No customer service , no call back , Still can’t get my

No customer service , no call back , Still can’t get my car fixed after the sale, just the big turd at the end and thank you for letting the check clear after he sale . Guess I know where I’m not buying my next car !
