Imaginary car.

Made an appointment with ?Varsha? to see a specific vehicle. Upon arrival Varsha was no where to be found and the vehicle was no where to be found. This was a waste of time and effort.

Potential buyer

The price you see online is not a real price - THEY ARE NOT going to SELL A VEHICLE TO YOU FOR THIS PRICE, they gonna charge additional $2500 as a down payment plus additional $1500 fees (because everybody is paying that $1500 - what is the big deal it is just $1500 )plus $370 registration fees plus $90 here $90 there so at the end you are looking for at least $4500 on top of internet price. I wasted 3 hours there truing to buy a 2013 Mercedes ML350 for $20895(online price), after all discounts the price was $24495 plus tax. Don't waist your time

Worst experience

I was at the dealership to buy a used car.It was priced 9999.95.When i reached there the person was not able to locate the car as i spoked with him 30 mins earlier and he said car is available.We were searching for the car for 50 min at there different lots.Then the person said sorry car is sold.then he asked us to look at a diiferent car and he will give a discount.We searched and liked another car at the same price.I asled him if i can test drive the car he refused that first we have to start the process.He charged my credit card for 2200.Then i was asked to wait to get an approval as i gave them my pay stubs.He came after an hour and said i was approved.But car price is 10000+2500 fee which is appreciation fee meaning that we checked the car its good.Plus the car price in total went upto 17575.00.I was surprised by the tactic.Then they said you have to full insured the car and have to pay 1100 per month extra.I refused.So i ask them to refund my money.They said comeback tomorrow bcoz our refund process is from 9:00 to 5:00.and now its late.In short i went three times to dealership and called several times and all the time diiferent excuse that now the financial manager is not hete now this now that.I have to end up filing a dispute with my bank.Worst dealership!!!!Worst experience.

SCAM false Advertising

These people are scam. They don't belong in society.They will show you the different price than whats mention on website. They increased the price of the car after i went there .I drove from NJ looking to buy the car listed on their website for $13495 (it is still listed )and i confirmed the price with their telemarketing representative named VARSHA. After going there we were told that the car is at different lot and were made to walk around 5 blocks in cold weather. The car was parked in between all other cars so there was no possibility to test drive it not the car would start as the battery was dead.After coming back we were told to that it will take around half an hour to talk to fiance manager to discuss the purchase ,but we waited for 2 hours and still no one called us . we decided to leave , they stopped us and sent us to different room. At last finance guy came in pulled up the car details on his computer and told the price to be 15999. When i showed him price on his website listed as 13495 he told be the someone did a mistake in putting the price. They tried to force me to take finance even though i was ready to pay cash.Ran my ssn without my permission and quoted me 2 thousand more with finance. told him not to waste peoples time and left.

I just purchase a dodge caravan
