I was referred to by a friend and received the best car deal from alex. The process was done easy and fast as possible because of his fantastic customer service. I was guided through the process of buying the car and was assisted with my insurance. All questions were diligently answered. I couldn't be any happier.

I was called few time to go and test drive an SUV by Gerry and Nia, I called a day before and that day to confirm the car was available, I was told the car still waiting for me. After arrived at dealer the car was nowhere to be found. I was sent to a roof-top but it was not there either. Then they informed me that the car will be here tomorrow as it?s sitting to the other dealer location. After returned to the dealer I asked for a trade in appraisal printed from the KBB value and they did not honer the minimum price and dropped $500 less. After that I said lets suppose that the car will be here tomorrow and what is going to be the final price for the car, wanted to know what I was looking to pay for that car, and the manager Luis, added $2000 on the top of the price and including $500 that was lowered from the trade in, I was going to pay $2500 on top of the price advertised. Bad Bad Bad dealer and Management. Do not waist your time there will leave frustrated and disappointed.
