Went to see a car I saw and was told in the morning before I left my house that it is still available. But, when I arrived I found out that it has a deposit on it. I was MAD. I was so upset. I started to leave when I saw a very pleasant man who introduced himself as Michaelangelo then asked if he could assist. I told him what had transpired, he managed to calm me down and started to show me similar cars. He was very patient, listen to all my concerns and made sure I was satisfied.
