GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES

GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE XAVIER STEWART WENT OUT OF HIS WAY AND DONE ALL THAT HE COULD TO GET ME IN TO A NEW 2021 OUTLANDER SPORT HE DID ONE HECK OF A JOB THANK YOU ALL AGAIN.

AWESOME SERVICE

Alex and Thomas were great to work with! They went above and beyond for us and I would recommend them to everyone!! Thank you guys for putting a huge smile on my daughter’s face. They are just like the companies name. Five stars all around! If your looking for a vehicle go check them out!

If it wasn’t for Xavier, I wouldn’t be owning a new 2019 Ford Escape. He helped my fiancé and I get to what payments we wanted, and was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be back when I need a new car and highly recommend coming here!!

HORRIBLE

Awful, bought a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Crosstour. Car is cheaply made and just awful. Trying to get it serviced is like pulling teeth. What about people that have to work during the day?

5 STAR, PLUS DEALERSHIP

I highly recommend this dealership. They excel in professionalism. They greet you from the moment your tires hit the pavement, they warmly greet you and make certain you are recognized. They go the extra mile for every customer in every way possible. My sales representative, Jessica Warner, is excellent in creating, maneuvering, and delivering her entire sale. She is meticulous, with the paperwork and expedited it quickly. She is very loyal and trustworthy to her customers also. I desired a 2018 rally red outlander Mitsuibishi.....they did not have one like this on the lot. Her manager, Al Ridgway, went to work and found one several hours away. They delivered it to the lot right away. Someone left at 7:00 a.m., to bring it to me. Alicia Kline, Service Advisor, & Steve, & others in service have been terrific, like family. As I drove off, Dylan Crilly, took photographs, gave me a HOLY kiss,and had Johnny Cash drumming out of the Sirus, a beautiful song. I also want to thank Thomas Nicolson, Field Manager, who assured me, I was fine with my insurance company, Erie insurance, who, to me, is the best insurance company out there to be found. They excel in service and compassion........THANK YOU 5 Star Mitsuibishi, you have given me Thee red carpet treatment the second time!!!??????r

Rude manager

Very rude and unprofessional manager. Was overheard cursing about me along with other salesmen by my Grandaughter after refusing his deal on new car. Deal was too much for me and I was going to go elsewhere. This was second. Time there with poor service. I will never go there again and will encourage all others not to also.

Another great car buying experience!

This was the second vehicle in 3 years we purchased from Five Star. They again made us the comfortable during this purchase. Jess was great with working on the financing. I would recommend if you in the market for a new vechicle stop and see the great people at 5 Star.

Good service with good pricing.

I had recall work, oil change and tire rotation done today. I had a coupon I had received in the mail, they compared their pricing to the prices on the coupon and got the work done for less than the coupon. The salesman and service department are always kind and courteous. I have a special needs son that always is treated so kindly. I have bought 2 cars from this dealer. I have sent a friend to this dealer and also my daughter in law, each bought a car. :)
