Worst dealership experience of my life

I stopped here to look at a couple used cars. Blake the salesman would not leave me alone and kept following me. I told these people a dozen times I was just looking. They kept trying to steer me towards those ugly green and purple Mirage cars. Took me on a test drive after I said no, took credit info, then two more guys were in my face while I was waiting trying to get me to buy this car. I finally left with a whopping headache and never did look at the cars I was interested in. I never heard from them again. They must have been desperate to sell these Mirage vehicles.

Excellent Service

No pressure friendly and knowledgable sales

I stopped into Five Star just to see what my options were and drove out with a new 2015 Outlander Sport...Special Thanks to Steve Trexler for helping me out! The process itself was very simple and quick. I was truly impressed with the time that Steve took to make sure I was familiar with all the bells and whistles! Ever drive a vehicle and realize you don't know how to turn lights or wipers on? Well Steve makes sure you know all the basic info and has an answer for every question...he took the time to make sure that I knew all options available so that I could make the best informed decision that was right for me. I would recommend Five Star Mitsubishi Altoona ...the building itself is clean and efficient and everyone that I saw had a ready smile and was very friendly. There wasn't any pressure to buy or for an answer - the entire experience made me feel like they opened the doors just for me that day - awesome! Customer service at its best!!

Completely Satisfied!

Will responded quickly to email and followed through by phone. Ken was a terrific salesman, and Scott was extremely helpful with the financing. This was the easiest and best experience I have had in buying a car. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hardest part of the whole experience was travelling to & from the dealership. I wish it was closer. The car is exactly what I was looking for.

Super Accommodating & Friendly! Great Deal!

Got a good deal on a great car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Haven't had the car in for service yet, but the buying experience was terrific

Robert Neil Dimond is the BEST!

Wow! A car on the lot with everything I was looking for. Same features from my old car I couldnt live without and a few new ones. I was able to take it home that day. I think Neil Dimond is the nicest, sweetest car salesman I've ever dealt with. He understood my situation and helped me find a better solution. Next time I need a car or know of anyone looking for one he'll be the first salesman I'll send them to.

Five Star MItsubishi was thorough with our purchas

The dealership was thorough, friendly, courteous and accommodating. The facility was clean and the products visible. Our salesman took his time to make sure our questions were answered. The financial person did a wonderful job getting us set for the purchase. This was our first time to visit the showroom and we feel comfortable that the service will be good.
