Robert Neil Dimond is the BEST!
Wow! A car on the lot with everything I was looking for. Same features from my old car I couldnt live without and a few new ones. I was able to take it home that day. I think Neil Dimond is the nicest, sweetest car salesman I've ever dealt with. He understood my situation and helped me find a better solution. Next time I need a car or know of anyone looking for one he'll be the first salesman I'll send them to.

Five Star MItsubishi was thorough with our purchas
The dealership was thorough, friendly, courteous and accommodating. The facility was clean and the products visible. Our salesman took his time to make sure our questions were answered. The financial person did a wonderful job getting us set for the purchase. This was our first time to visit the showroom and we feel comfortable that the service will be good.

Kind hearted, helped us while we were struggling!
We had been struggling financially after some medical issues prevented me from working for several months out of the year... we had gotten to the point where my 10 year old vehicle was worth $5000 less than we owed, and to get it to pass inspection, we were going to have to put a ton of money into it that we just didn't have... the negotiation process wasn't bad at all... i had requested a certain amount for a car with certain features... my husband and I discussed our counter offer for when we recieved the first offer they would have for us... the gentleman stated that he understood our financial situation and wanted to help us out and before we even had a chance y I give a counter offer, they surpassed it!! Long story short, we walked away with a brand new vehicle with a warrenty... we were still a bit upside down with our trade in... but they gave us more than any other dealership had offered! We are so pleased with the new mitsubishi mirage and a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders!! They were so kind, no pressure, and down to earth!! Would recomend these guys in a heart beat!!! (Ask for Rick Lyttle... and tell him Kira W. Sent ya!!)

Great Customer Service
My son and I went car shopping and ended up at Five Star Mitsubishi. The salesman, Phil Tremmel met us outside and walked with us around the whole lot looking at several cars. He was so patient with me, I looked at several and he answered all my questions - he never acted like any question I had was to silly. He treated us with respect and courtesy. During the process of purchasing the car - he worked with me as to what payment I wanted to be and told me he was going to take care of me and he did. I recommend Five Star and Phil to anyone who wants old fashioned customer service. Most places I visited before going to Five Star was like here is the key- go look at it yourself - don't bother me. I couldn't be more pleased with my service at Five Star and with Phil. Thank you Phil.
