Extremely Disappointing Experience - Misleading and Unethical Practices I recently had a highly disappointing experience with this car dealership. After finding a car I liked and going through the process of securing financing, I was assured by the salesperson that the vehicle was ready for purchase, despite them mentioning a minor steering issue that was being addressed. Upon arriving at the dealership and test driving the car, I immediately noticed a concerning noise coming from the steering wheel. When I inquired about this issue, the salesperson downplayed it as a simple strut noise, despite my reservations. Unfortunately, I decided to proceed with the purchase and drove the car home, only to discover that the problem was far more serious than initially portrayed. The car now requires a new steering box, resulting in unexpected repair costs exceeding $3000. It is incredibly disappointing that the dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle with significant issues, putting my safety and that of my 3-year-old daughter at risk during the long journey home. This kind of misleading and unethical behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of this establishment. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly inspect any vehicle before making a purchase at this dealership to avoid falling victim to similar deceptive practices.
