Handled my extended warranty and got me back on the road

Handled my extended warranty and got me back on the road in no time and when I picked up my car it was cleaned spotless. This is true back in the day customer appreciation.

No oversell. Clear videos shared during an oil change on what?s broken and what can wait. Another summary provided with coste to help you decide what to do and what you can leave out

Michael Phan Advisor was trying to over charge by $400

Michael Phan Advisor was trying to over charge by $400 and after pointing out the issue, his last statement to me was ?I am hoping NOT to see you again?. This is not a joke. This is how horrible the service was. Good luck to Audi Grapevine at 1260 E. State Hwy. 114. Grapevine, TX 76051 but they have lost my business and I wonder how many more customer have experience this.

The dealership was able to service my car with an oil

The dealership was able to service my car with an oil change quickly. Larry was extremely helpful and helped accommodate my need to get in and out of the dealership on my tome crunch. . He was super friendly and gave great customer service. I greatly appreciated his helpfulness.

Quality service department. Easy to schedule, relatively quick service, and reasonably priced for the product they service. Very nice facility and their service reps are very friendly and keep you advised as to the progress of your service. Highly recommend this dealership for any Audi service needs you may have.
