Pleasant customer service.

Pleasant customer service. Wait times are reasonable. Always get videos before service starts , but don’t get them after. Videos don’t always show up close detail. Which when they want me to see fraying on a belt I can’t see it to confirm to do that service

Everybody was professional, very polite willing to help

Everybody was professional, very polite willing to help in anyway they could. They were not pushy at all which is a good thing because that just turns me off.My sales woman was excellent couldn’t ask for anyone better.

Rick and the staff at Kia was excellent! I actually had my car towed from a different Kia dealership / Service Center to this Kia Service Center because of the great customer I received from the first conversation. Everything was explained and I loved the video feature of the diagnostic.
