I bought my 2004 Saturn ION brand new at this dealer and...

I bought my 2004 Saturn ION brand new at this dealer and they have serviced my vehicle all these years. I cannot remember a time that I did not get excellent service from the guys at the service desks or the repair crew. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that the car was serviced and repaired accurately. If I had a problem or concern it was addressed professionally and swiftly. I would like to give a special thanks to Tucker and Rick, as well as the repair crew. I totally recommend this dealer from buying a car all the way to the service that I got on my car for the 17 years and 215,556 miles that it operated.

Dealt with Brian today and he went above and beyond the oil change and overall safety check to answer technical questions about my new IPhone and Bluetooth setup for an upcoming trip...I’m a non-tech senior and he really helped me understand it all and put my anxiety to rest. Everyone at Kia make service to the customers their priority. Been dealing with them for 13 years now....

I’m not sure what to think. It was an insurance claim,...

I’m not sure what to think. It was an insurance claim, but I was able to drive it there. I have no idea why it’s taking so long. It’s been there a whole month, and there were no crunched body parts like your usual car accident. The body shop called but they did not leave me a message or give an eta or any explanation whatsoever. I’m probably going to have to get the Commission involved if I don’t hear anything soon.
