I have had a few negative experiences when purchasing a car in the past so I did have some anxiety going in but when I met with Ouaffa she put my anxiety to rest. She was warm, sincere, knowledgeable and patient with me. Ouaffa goes above and beyond and takes the stress out of car buying. She's fun too! Executive Kia...you are lucky to have her! Carlos in finance took the time to explain the process in detail. Mason the manager is checking up to see if there is anything he can do to help even a few days after the sale! HIghly recommend this dealer. Salesperson Ouaffa was incredible - she was knowledgeable, patient and super nice. She explained in detail every part of the process. There was no pressure or haggling, I knew exactly what the price would be with no surprise charges or fees. Sales manager Mason and Finance Manager Carlos also played a large part in how great my experience was.
