Both Taylor and KIA were very helpful with taking care of my family’s 22 Sorento. They kept me in the loop and helped me to make the best decisions when servicing the car. I’d definitely recommend people go and check them out if you need your car serviced or are in the market for buying a vehicle.

Pleasant customer service.

Pleasant customer service. Wait times are reasonable. Always get videos before service starts , but don’t get them after. Videos don’t always show up close detail. Which when they want me to see fraying on a belt I can’t see it to confirm to do that service
