As stated in the title, very professional and courteous. These guys really go out of their way to provide excellent customer service with a smile. They kept us informed at all times during the process. There was an extreme volume at the time, however, they ensured we were taken care of and aware of all processes. Being a military retired veteran, they were very mindful having served himself (Brad) thus ensuring a smooth process. My daughter was very impressed as well and they made her very comfortable in my buying her first car. All processes ran smoothly as well as through the financial part with Will. I went for an oil change and tire rotation today, I also bought my car from sullivan’s and that was an amazing experience too, but I cannot brag enough about how fast my service was! Sitting in a shop with a toddler is no fun, but they finished before she was even finished with her happy meal! Not to mention I called this morning and was able to get same day service which is rare! Kelly Jones was friendly and displayed fantastic customer service. I have always dreaded buying cars and servicing them, because I always feel pressured into buying more or upgrading service, but the folks at Sullivan’s are not pushy whatsoever. It’s so refreshing!

Brad and his family have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond to make this a positive car buying experience. I searched for weeks for the right “me” vehicle and found it at Sullivan Auto. I have had the vehicle now for over 2 weeks and they are still extremely helpful. Some other dealership would have blew me off....I highly recommend Sullivan Auto and would buy from them again!
