Brad and his family have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond to make this a positive car buying experience. I searched for weeks for the right “me” vehicle and found it at Sullivan Auto. I have had the vehicle now for over 2 weeks and they are still extremely helpful. Some other dealership would have blew me off....I highly recommend Sullivan Auto and would buy from them again!

Great company to do business with! Family owned and everyone is really nice. Brad was my sales rep and he helped us from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys if In the market for a Quality Used Car.

Purchase a vehicle had to get it inspected in md was told soon as I get it inspected call back for tags n tittle when I called was informed to speak with a ladie name Danielle she sounded as if she was annoyed she gave me her personal number to send picture of inspection notice and said it will take a week 1 week later still haven’t receive tag or tittle called back the dealership to see what the status was when she checked she realized it wasn’t process blah blah blah about how she forgot to check her messages...really!?? R u serious!? How unprofessional is that?? Because of her I’m now two weeks behind schedule I personally will never purchase a car from there neither recommend very unsatisfied

I just purchased a car from this dealer few months ago. the car was fine, but the tire were not. 2 of them busted after few drive. need to replace them, cost 200+. other than that the car is in good condition, SO FAR. THE GOOD: Overall experience was ok, the salesman was great, Ken. Good to know you. I didn't get the best deal for the car loan, but it was fine as this is my 1st car loan. Price was fine but you need to pay 799 extra on top of all the fee taxes etc. THE BAD: TITLE & TAGS DEPARTMENT ARE COMPLETELY xxxxING USELESS. THEY PUT WRONG ADDRESS, WRONG DATE OF BIRTH IN DMV. As result , ALL DMV related mail are lost. They screw up big time and didn't even care to make it right despite repeated emails request and phone calls. FREAKING USELESS!!!!! because of that, I missed lots of mail from DMV (of ticket, notice, etc) and I need to pay fine for that. I really wish who work in this dept shd be fired, big time and i really curse you guys for this mistake. Definitely not worhted of 799$ (or 899) admin fee!! Again, YOU DON'T DESERVE TO GET THAT ADMIN FEE. THESE PEOPLE ARE COWARD, THEY DIDN'T REPLY TO MY REPEATED EMAIL AND LEFT ME SCREWED UP. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST

This is the second car I have purchased from Scott and it's each time it has been a pleasure Bowl experience the these people bend over backwards to help you in any way.
