The Epitome of a Great Family Owned Business.

I saw the car I was looking for a good while for a great price at Sullivan’s. Got a prompt response when I called to see if the car was still available and came up from Southern NC. My salesman Brad was awesome in answering any questions I had and even checked in for my ETA the day of to make sure the car was ready at the front of the lot for me to check out. No hassle at all or pressure in the slightest. Took it out for a test drive and was sold already. The car ran great and was in great shape as described by Brad. The trading and buying process was a breeze and I ended up getting more than what would normally be offered for the car on KBB. The GSM, Mr. Will Sullivan was beyond a class act. Very respectful, articulate, and very understanding. He’s a great guy who runs his business the right way. He took care of our paper work in no time, was extremely patient and willing to explain and address any questions or concerns. A real stand up gentleman. He locked us in a great APR, explained all warranty options and was very transparent and honest on fees and every other small, intricate detail other managers wouldn’t readily share with a customer. I couldn’t be happier with the trading process here. After everything was signed and ready, Brad personally hand washed and assisted the detailing staff and had the car prepped and ready to go shining in no time. He’s a class act as a salesmen. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any questions on anything on their lot. He will respond promptly and do what he can to make sure everything is ready to go. Sullivan has a HUGE selection and quite honestly, one of the most impressive lot and detailing/service bay you could find anywhere. They are the epitome of good business and honest values. Give these guys a visit, it’s well worth the trip and you’ll be treated with respect and feel at ease with some of the stress that comes with used car buying. Ask for Brad and another shoutout to Brad and Mr. Sullivan himself for the outstanding service and getting me into a great car I can depend on.

Flew out from Montana to buy Honda CRV found on Cars.com

After not finding a specific used SUV locally in Montana to purchase, I expanded my search nationally on Cars.com and found EXACTLY what I wanted at Sullivan Auto Trading. Since I was already flying to Quantico 3 weeks later for my sons Marine Corps graduation, I figured I would get a one way flight and take a major road trip (2,100 miles) and drive the car home. I talked to Trey at Sullivan and explained my plan. He assured me that many buyers in the past had purchased from out of state and either shipped or drove their car home. Trey took a deposit over the phone, and held the car for me till I arrived in town. The purchase process was painless and I was on my way in no time. The SUV ran great, and got us safely to Chicago, Mt. Rushmore, Yellowstone National Park and over the bear tooth Mt pass with no problems. Brad at Sullivan also helped us with the paperwork when Trey was not available. I even got a text from Trey a few days later, checking to see that my Mom and I arrived back in Montana safely.

Great Service, friendly and so helpful.

Highly Recommend, Brad and Will were very helpful and gave me the best recommendations and discounts I could get. All used cars are very affordable and service well. Highly recommend.

Friendly and fast

Sullivan’s had a Jeep I want about 2000 below fair market price. I filled out credit application online, got approved, then picked the keys while on lunch break the same day. Fast convenient service ����

Great Deal! Excellent Service!

We purchased a beautiful Black Nissan Juke for our teenage daughter. We worked with Brad who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Trey Hundley was our sales rep

Trey Hundley helped us find the truck that I have been looking for. We are returning customers. First car we bought was great, wonderful buying experience as well so that was lead us back. Trey was a great sales rep, didn't pressure us into buying anything that we wasn't interested in. He respected our wishes of what we wanted and was an overall great guy. So thank you. We will defiantly be back.

Volkswagen Passat 2014

Trey Hundley he used the knowledge he had and happen me find the card . I need! I wanted BMW. But he told me to have a back-up plan and it work. Trey he was a very different car salesman! he didn't rush me or force me. He did a very fine job.. I will always remember Trey made me feel that he was a good honest man .wasn't running one over me! and I can also tell they had a lot of good people working there. Theyhave good prices there! And great people there. But you can go there and get you a nice car.

Extremely helpful and accommodating

We worked with Trey Hundley and he took great care of us! Extremely friendly and not pushy in any way. He took care of all the questions and concerns I had. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car!

Best car buying experience ever!

I've bought a lot of cars over the years, but I've never been treated as well as I was at Sullivan Auto Trading. From the moment I was greeted on the lot and told "we are a different kind of dealer" I was skeptical. However, it held true. I had picked out 4 vehicles I wanted to see online. The salesman (Josh) showed me where the where and asked if I had any questions. He then proceeded to tell me to feel free to browse the lot and look as all the cars were unlocked. If I found something I wanted to drive, just to let him know and he would get me the keys. And, we did exactly that. We asked for keys for multiple vehicles and were given the keys each time. After driving multiple vehicles, we found the 1 we wanted. From that point, it was off to "finance" which in this case ended up being Mr. Sullivan because they were really busy. Walking in his office, he stated that their goal was to get us out in 15 minutes. Wait, really? That's usually where you get hit with more pressure to upsell... None of that occurred. If we hadn't had such a pleasant conversation, I think he might have actually had us out in 5 minutes. Based on this experience, next time I'm looking, they will be my first stop! Thanks for being different!
