Highest quality used cars for a great price

I purchased a 2004 Mustang GT from Sullivan back in July 2014. When my father and I arrived, they were very pleasant and let us test drive the car with no pressure. I fell in love with the car, So we went in to talk numbers with Austin. He got us the best loan he could and gave us a great deal on the car. The car is very mechanically sound and runs and drives great still to this day. If you're looking to buy a car, don't hesitate. This is the place to go!

Amazing place!!!

This dealership was amazing my husband and I just bought a Buick rainier from there and had great service! They are so friendly we defiantly recommend them if you are looking for a use car!

The best car buying experience I've ever had

I got a primo deal on a BMW that I would never have been able to afford otherwise. Will spent an entire day with me test driving cars--only for me to get the one he suggested to me a week earlier over the phone when he scrubbed through his entire inventory to make recommendations. My old car died and was sitting in their shop for two weeks while I was deliberating on what to do. They were so patient and helpful -- and really looking out for my best interest. It was like car shopping with my big brother. It was a logistical nightmare for me to come back to Sullivan's to pick up the new car after (they insisted!) it was detailed again because of the snow. So, they actually worked with me to have it flat bedded up to my house the next week. Amazing! Will even went out in the snow to try to find the hide-a-key that was under my old car and put it on the new car. I just really can't believe how well I was treated. I will never buy another car at a dealership when I can get this kind of family business experience. Thank you so much, Sullivans. I only gave you a 4 on facilities because you're renovating.

Nice guys...They raised the bar

I met Will when I came to trade in my 2004 Nissan 350Z Roadster, and he waited in the store until I came down from work in DC (we all know how that can be headed south). I saw the vehicle in person, but it needed some repairs and he worked quickly to get it ready for me. Although, it needed some repairs Will and his father assured me that I would use a loaner, similar in my style of vehicle a 2007 Cadillac SRX, and they were serious. Bottom line, they are great guys and gave me a fair trade on my car. Buy your car from them and avoid some of the fly by night dealers that are nearby in Stafford and Fredericksburg.

Love my car

It's been several months now since I bought my BMW from Sullivan's. My husband & I had gone there with our nephew & his wife looking at an Excursion, while we were there we saw the BMW. My husband made a comment at how nice it looked, we looked at it then we kinda went on with them to get their Excursion. Once we were home ,I just couldn't get that car off my mind( we live about 50 miles away). Finally one evening I told my husband that I thought I was going to run up the next day & take a closer look! Long story short.......we bought it & absolutely love it, it is our second car so we don't have to drive it everyday so it stay in the garage a lot, but when we do drive it, we love if!!!! Thanks Sullivan's you are top notch all the way!!

Car Purchase Made Easy!

My first-time-car-buyer experience was not going that well. After visiting a couple of car dealers in Fairfax area (that were treating me like an easy prey), I had found the car I wanted at Sullivan's website for the best price available. It was a long drive, but why not?! Thank God I decided to go for a visit on that day! The staff is very friendly. William greeted me, and soon after handed me the keys for a test-drive. All by myself, which I loved since I could pay all my attention to the car. Donald made the financing process easy to understand and answered all the questions I had. For the first time, I was feeling comfortable with the idea of acquiring a newer car. Left their place with the key of my new ride in my hands! Thank you so much for making this experience a pleasant one!

Exceeded My Expectations

The condition of the Highlander exceeded my expectations in ALL aspects. This is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle without looking someone in the eye and shaking a hand on the deal. The thought of purchasing a vehicle ONLINE from someone I had never met was something I had not tried. BUT, the price and description of the vehicle seemed like a deal I could not pass up. So I was willing to take the risk and try an online purchase. Turned out GREAT! The Sullivan team helped me set aside my concerns about an online purchase. You guys are to be commended for making the process both personal and professional. I could not have asked for a better outcome! If the Sullivan team comes to west Texas, drop by I'll fix you boys some BBQ!

Integrity in serious doubt

I bought a 2005 Nissan Sentra last year at Sullivan's Auto Trading in Fredericksburg, VA last year. The Carfax report was solid except for a minor fender bender. The only thing that was a little questionable was that it was short. Over the past year there were many little issues that popped up on it - which isn't the fault of Sullivan's. It had 72,000 miles on it when I bought it and it was easily the best priced car in the area - and I was on a budget. The heat and AC stopped working recently, so I took it to a mechanic and they couldn't figure out the problem. I took it to another one and they also couldn't figure it out and they recommended I trade it in while it was still running because online it seemed to be a common issue in Nissan Sentras and could cause a problem in the long run. The Kelley Blue Book value for Good was ranged from $2,600 - $3,100. When I brought it to the dealership to trade in, the salesman came back with a Carfax report that was significantly longer than the one I had seen through Sullivan's website. This one had much more detail and included a large accident that the car had been in that caused structural damage. This really lowered the value of the car. I am very disappointed in the dishonesty of Sullivans. This ended up costing me about 4,000 dollars and a higher car payment on the new vehicle. I likely would never have even purchased the vehicle at the price I did had I known about this. Sullivan's does have good prices, but I doubt their integrity and therefore I cannot recommend them to anyone!

fast, easy, honest

I bought a car today at Sullivan Auto Trading. The price was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this company to anyone interested in buying a vehicle! Awesome people over there, go check 'em out!
