This was a great place to purchase a car. The staff and the service are number 1. I purchased a Ford Explorer on a Saturday and that same day I had a problem with the transmission, when I got home I called and they said to bring it back on Monday morning. When I arrived on Monday they checked out the trans and said it was bad, with no questions they replaced the transmission and gave me a car to drive while it was being fixed. I would go and purchase again because of the great service I received.

This was the most pleasant and simplest auto purchase we have ever had. Austin was awesome and took his time to stay late while we looked at vehicles. Also he worked on our loan/interest rate and paperwork during the day so by the time we got off of work everything was ready to go for us. The vehicles are quality and the prices are very fair.I would highly recommend paying a visit to these guys if you are looking for a vehicle.

WHAT A GEM! Never again will I buy a car from anywhere else. Sullivan's is the best car buying experience. Austin was nothing but helpful and polite. Every edit I wanted was made to the car and in good timing without upping the price. As a 25 year old blonde girl, it's easy for car dealerships to think they can pull a fast one on you. Austin's advice and integrity made me feel confident when trading in my car for one on his lot. It was the best decision I have ever made. Go choose a car from his lot. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Loved the integrity and values of all three of the Sullivan's (Mr.Sullivan, Austin and Donald) that helped to make this purchase a smooth process. I also appreciate their willingness to go "the mile" to find what I wanted.

I heard about Sullivan's through a family member and decided to check them out. I called a few times to get information on purchasing a vehicle and I must say they either need a larger staff or a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy I talked to seemed short and uninterested therefore making me second guess my possible purchase from them. Overall I ended up calling several times only to get pushed to the side. They may have great cars, but I won't attempt to find out.

We were looking on the internet, for vehicles at the same time, as my son in Lynchburg. They loved this Town and Country and we loved a 4X4 explorer. They drove up from Lynchburg and we met there. Austin had us driving the Explorer while he was getting the Town and Country ready for my son's family. Being a Mom and wanting to protect my kids from being taken advantage and claiming to be a Christian based business it seemed to good to be true. It is true, they do stand behind their vehicles. We both had some work done after purchasing them some of it was covered under warranty. The next week, we brought my daughter and her family and they purchased a Honda Odyssey. As a Mom, I am glad that Sullivans' is a great place to buy vehicles. If we ever need another one, we will trust Sullivans' to treat us right. I know they stand before a Higher Authority.

My wife and I cannot express how satisfied we are with our experience at Sullivan Auto Trading! We had been looking up and down the eastern seaboard from Pennsylvania to North Carolina for the right minivan for our growing family. Fortunately, my wife came across an advertisement for an '08 Honda Odyssey at Sullivan. I was a little skeptical at first, wondering how the price could be so low. It started out slow because of small issues with the vehicle I seen online. But we were able to work out the recall and repair problems.
