Never go here!! Sold us a newly inspected truck that should have been scrapped! Blatantly hid the condition with reset check engine light, slapped covers over the rotten rockers, more than $3000 in repairs to get it reinspected, barely made it home. Run from these con!

Jay thinks he can yell at customers... I think we should all stay away! Went in, bought a car, was told they would handle the registartion fees, they didn't. when i called them out i was yelled at.

Started out great , but when trouble set in would not stand by customer.I Spent $9000 on a truck, and a year later would not pass inspection. The three different garages I brought it to told me that it never should have passed inspection when it came off the lot.

I would NOT RECOMENED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Horrible time truck was total junk after only 10 months after reducing my paperwork 3 times they seem to have lost it ! Would not stand behind the warrenty they sold me for 1500.00 dollars! Can?t even find my paper work !

Our credit is higher or as good than many who have got used vehicles (fact)we both use credit Karma . Also income as well and still nothing. In my opinion( fact) didnt work hard enough, because you dont want the highest price but only the few cheapest on the lot. Its what we want. not so you get a bigger paycheck. We want that buisness. Had the worst experience ever and so have others I know screwed up my paper work re did it twice when the motor went in my truck they lost the warrenty papers and would not stand behind horrible do not go there !!!

The lady that sold us our truck was great. Not at all pushy and very friendly. I would have given 5 stars if they hadn't forgot to send out registration paperwork to DMV. 6 weeks after we purchased the truck we inquired about our license plates. No apology, just said they would overnight them to us. Days later I had to follow up about the plates and again was told they will overnight them to us. Luckily we received them right before the temporary plates expired. No apology was ever given from the staff for their mix up.

They didn't stop looking for a vehicle that fitted my needs. They even ended up getting me into the perfect car! Very warm, friendly people there, and a good car shopping experience!

The worst car dealer in VT I got a 2000 Jeep and from day one I have problems with it And it won't even pass inspection I had nothing but trouble thay won't even take it back or fix it or give me other car to treat me right thay never put it in service I'd there do me right then I leave a better feed back

I am very satisfied with the car I just purchased from Poulin Auto. The staff at Poulin Auto were professional and thorough in helping us review options for cars. The experience was very good and I am glad that I can support a local car dealer with the purchase of my car.
