Hayes sold me a vehicle that required over $7,000+ in repairs. Please have a mechanic inspect the vehicle fully before considering purchasing vehicles here! They will persuade you their mechanic already "took a good look at it". However, the 'mechanic' missed the following: 1. Broken Motor blower 2. Broken AC/heater control module 3. Broken camshaft cover 4. Broken alternator pulley 5. Broken rear brake light 6. Not one, but 2 broken CV boots Photos are attached for proof and reference. I wish I could've recommended this place to buy a vehicle, but the above has shown otherwise. Use caution!

Left the Bay Area to find a good deal in Roseville and found a great one on a 2016 Honda Civic! From 12-5, I spent so much time talking to these sincerely nice guys, Murray, Ronnie, Miguel, the guy at the mid-range and affordable lot, and the finance guy. You can just tell there’s a business here that is run well where everyone respects each other and then treats the customer with kindness and respect. I test drove 4 cars in the roasting heat but finally bought one that I love. And didn’t break the bank. Thank you for the wonderful service today guys!!!!

Shady business.
Shady business. They know about issues with the truck. Only offered to fix it if I bought the truck. They mentioned they’ll sell it to other customers knowing it has major issues. Bryan didn’t even introduce himself. He just asked if we were paying cash or financing. He said oh you came 2 hrs I thought you were going to buy. He kinda walked away once we said we are in no rush to buy. Cared more about getting money.

Murray knows two things about me 1st I needed a low
Murray knows two things about me 1st I needed a low mileage car quick because after 2 years off work do to a disability from Stage 4 Colon and Liver Cancer I am trying to work again. 2nd - I have another car but it gets low gas mileage. I have waited over a month for him to ship me the title. Instead all I get is over the phone lies. He's either lazy, doesn't care about my situation, trying to commit fraud or all of the above. He's totally useless. And he is the GM of the dealership. What a joke. I have news for them I want my title. It best show up quickly. I can write reviews all day long! I don't appreciate being lied to over, and over again. If this was a legit business, I wouldn't be having this conversation. Don't buy a donut from this dealership, let alone a car. Bbb, Dmv and others have been alerted about this company. In my state, it is illegal to posses a car such as this with expired plates. Yes they had expired plates from a year ago when I received the vehicle. No title means I can't get temp tags either. So the car sits in my driveway, it's absolutely useless to me. 8995.00 plus 1500 to ship. I'm a pissed off guy right now. Murray should get fired! Immediately.

A warning for future buyers at Hayes Auto - I purchased a
A warning for future buyers at Hayes Auto - I purchased a 2005 Ford150 from Hayes around 6 months ago. 2 weeks ago, while driving on the highway, the drive line literally collapsed, and was on fire. It’s expected to have some maintenance work to do, even right away when you buy a used vehicle. However, Safety checks were obviously not completed. This truck was not safe to drive and it should not have been sold. I am lucky that a collision wasn’t caused, and no one was injured. I had the truck towed to my local mechanic and it was discovered this catastrophic failure was due to mechanic negligence. This was the first time a mechanic looks at the truck since I purchased it. Hayes Auto sold me an unsafe truck due to their negligence, and it cost me $3000 to repair. Here are some details in regards to Hayes Auto mechanic’s negligence: When swapping over rear brake parts, it appeared parking brakes shoes, located behind rear rotors had been replaced. They looked newer than the rear brake pads and rotors. We know that there was no gear oil in rear differential housing, which mostly caused all damage. The Pinion gear broke and was wedged in the differential case, rear driveline damaged from pinion breaking, and the rear end case destroyed.

Word of warning: do not trust the people at Hayes auto.
Word of warning: do not trust the people at Hayes auto. We caught them in multiple lies. Hayes auto told us the Tacoma we wanted to buy was mechanically inspected with no issues, but after taking it to an offsite mechanic we were warned it was a risk to even test drive. There were several major mechanical issues, and the mechanic flat out told us not to buy. The salesmen and owner of Hayes played dumb when we mentioned our plans to take it to a particular auto shop and told us they’d never heard of the place. But once we returned and told them the truck was not in working order, they blamed the mechanic because they claimed this man had a personal vendetta against them. Filthy business practices. And not the smartest cookies.
