Michaud Mitsubishi

I moved to the north shore a few years ago and have been bringing my Mitsubishi to Michaud for service ever since. When I was looking to upgrade my car, I knew I wanted to work with them. Zack went above and beyond in helping me find the right car. When I first came for a test drive, he moved two other cars out of the way just so I could drive the color I wanted. He was attentive and responsive to my questions and very upfront about costs and the steps I needed to take, which made the process seamless. I am so happy with my car. I would highly recommend this team!

I can,t say enough about my positive experience at michaud mitsubishi. I was in the market for a white used jeep cherokee with heated seats and a moonroof with low miles. Well this family owned dealership with an amazing staff helped this process happen. From my initial call to the dealership, to the sales department, finance department and service department the exceptional staff was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful making sure that my experience was positive, quick and easy. The customer service was exceptional! In my car buying process I went to another dealership first and my experience there was quite the opposite .
