Recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass. We have been a customer here for over 5 years and always worked with Mike Simon. He is definitely our "go to guy". He's very thorough, straight forward and was on our side no matter what. From the first day of working with him until our last purchase a couple of months ago he was very pleasant to work with and made sure we were happy with everything. He made sure he was getting us the best deal. Everybody there was welcoming and nice, it really is your feel good dealership. you will not walk out of there without having your questions answered. thank you Mike and Michaud Team. we love our new family car :)

I worked with Michael for the purchase of a used car. He was responsive, straight-forward and reasonable in agreeing upon a fair price. I would certainly contact him in the future for another car. However, I went to the dealership to see another vehicle (to consider buying in addition to the one I was buying - and bought - from Michael) on a day he wasn't there. When another sales rep found out that Michael had already show me the car I came to see again he wanted nothing to do with me, nor did the manager on duty for that matter. They literally gave the keys to find the car in the parking lot on my own - in the pouring rain. That played a part in deciding not to buy that car. So, I would certainly go back to this dealership. My salesman was great. And I hope management, which is well aware of what happened, learns from their mistakes. Unfortunately, they never contacted me to apologize or to offer any compensation (like a discount on an accessory for the car I bought).

Went to me Michaud Mitsubishi 2 years ago and bought a car from them. They were very friendly and helpful. So when I was looking for a car again, I decided to go with them. They were the same friendly type of people I had encountered the first time around. This time I met joey and he was great. He answered all my questions and helped me get a 2017 Mitsubishi mirage. The car is amazing. Everyone that I came into contact with were helpful. Will definitely mention you guys to friends and family.

I went in to view one vehicle and despite that one vehicle being out of my price range, they showed me another vehicle that had all the features and then some that was also in my price range. They respected my time to think things over, they go above and beyond to satisfy you and double check to make sure you're making the right decision. I actually felt very comfortable with them and I highly recommend them to other customers who are shopping for a vehicle. They're a no pressure dealership and that's what I respect about them. We received a recall on my wife's Mitsubishi Outlander 2007 model. Brought it to Michaud they checked everything , orderedparts ,then brought it in ,and it was done perfectly in just one day. Thanks for professional fast service
