Excellent Sales Rep

Zach was an excellent sales rep. He's willing to go above and beyond to get the service you need. Finally found a car that I love and feature that I want. I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a car to Mitsubishi and see Zach. Everyone is very friendly!

Wiper linkage repaired for free

The work was done well and for free. Recall info was openly shared. Staff people were friendly and transparent. I am left with a feeling that I am dealing with honest people. This service was free. When it comes time to pay for something, I will feel that I am being treated fairly. This makes me want to be courteous and friendly in return. I like cars and talking about machines more than feelings. But, feeling bad after dealing with a business wears thin quick. I would actually describe this as a "feel good" dealership. The employees deserve my highest compliments.

A Very Happy Customer

I had bought a new car from them a year ago and I decided it was too small. I went back to them and told them my story. To be completely honest I expected them to tell me I was stuck with the car. Much to my amazement not only did they take the car back and pay me top dollar for it, they put me in the car of my dreams. They gave me every incentive they could to get the price down for me. I could not be happier with my new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I plan on driving it for years to come and highly recommend this dealership.

Great job done

Wayne ty very much for putting me in the expert hands of Zach Michaud. The extra effort that Zach took to help answer my questions before I was even assigned to his caseload was very much appreciated. Furthermore, the excellent level of care and detailed support I received from the moment I stepped into Michaud Mitsubishi was an incredible experience in and of itself! My car is awesome and amazing just like the folks over at Michaud Mitsubishi!

TERRIBLE!!! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

This dealership is not even worthy of one star.. I am so disappointed at the lack of customer service from this dealership along with lack of communication between employees as well. i had put a deposit on a vehicle for it to be held. I was aproved for the vehicle and came in to sign for loan, they never read me terms of loan or even re read over loan to ensure everything was correct, instead I wasted my time drove all the way to their dealership (45 mins away) for them to then tell me that things were not the way that they were supposed to be.. then was called back a few days later with the information that my car that I had a deposit on and was in the middle of paperwork was sold because "the owner of the dealership has the right to do so" and was then told by general manager that I was attacking him about a situation that he was not "involved" with, even though he was the general manager and should be getting involved and rectifying the situation. Needless to say me and my father have bought multiple cars through this company and will no longer be doing business with them, and will also be telling every person we know not to do business with them either. COMPLETLEY UNPROFESSIONAL.

As a rule I typically would not respond to social media reviews. But in the case of this review, it is plagued with inaccurate information. There are always two sides to a story. Fortunately for this author, due to the privacy act as well as my ethics, I can not publicly share the facts of what really happened. It pains me to read social reviews in general because of the unfair advantage it gives the consumers. Consumers can say or write whatever they want. Businesses can not. We must maintain professionalism and remain politically correct. I have read reviews for places that I visit as a consumer and sometimes question the authors claims based on my knowledge and experience of that business. remember there is ALWAYS two sides to a story. I have worked with Mr Michaud for 34+ years, our team works diligently to please ALL of our customers. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Correction: there are three sides to every story, the third side being the truth... and while your lengthy paragraph, blaming the consumer for "writing whatever we want" seems to try to prove otherwise of your "100 % customer service", and while you can maintain your professionalism on social media, it doesn't seem to ring true to how you handle your customers in an actual business professional setting. I just hope that my fellow consumers reading this can read through the redderick and actually see that I am not trying to say bad things just because of my terrible experience with this company, but only that I hope that other customers don't have to go through the same thing I did. Judging by your many negative Facebook reviews I don't seem to be the only one.

I had a great experience. Everyone was great with my son and helped me get into a car. Best service I have ever experienced. Im very happy with my new car. Runs beautiful I love it. I would recomend them to my family and friends. Its a perfect firsr time buy.

Amazing Customer Service & Value

Michaud Mitsubishi was by far the best experience my family and I have ever had at a dealership. Zack helped us every step of the way with professionalism and a genuine approach to our needs. Zack was patient and knowledgeable, which made it seem effortless in finding the perfect car for my family. Zack and his team work have a very personal feel when you are working with them and that was definitely clear from the top down, with the owner Kevin Michaud even coming over to chat for a bit during his very busy day. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to go to Michaud Mitsubishi. You will not be disappointed.

Friendly old-fashion service

It's actually fun to go to Michaud's ..the staff is friendly and service is quick. They have a comfy waiting area, tv and coffee. I actually had a great conversation with two customers about our Outlanders(2 sport models and 1 regular). It was clear all of us loves our cars and their handling etc so it us definitely a "feel good" place!
