Sometimes in doing businesses things don’t go well. Often times the customer is made to feel like they are the problem. Not at Ultimate Motors. No need for details let’s just say there was an issue with my purchase. Mark and Spencer both treated me with respect listen well to all the facts and made a difficult situation comfortable to get through. Mark the owner has great integrity and that makes all the difference in having good business relationships. In the end I did not purchase a vehicle and that was DISAPPOINTING ; however I am very SATISFIED in how Mark handed the entire process even communication on a Sunday. The salesperson Spencer was quite helpful and solicitous. The car selection is varied and the cars are in great condition. The owner is not amendable however. He has the aura of being in only for himself. Beware of working with him. Certainly don't try to haggle. If you like the car as-is, that's the best thing.
