Began being easy and fun buying experience.

Began being easy and fun buying experience. I'm a pre-qualified with my own Credit Union and Sunday was a nice quiet day. The follow through the next day stunk. The purchase order was incorrect and it took the dealership the ENTIRE day to send my credit union the correct vehicle cost. I had to be available to sign in order to not have the dealership funding source be used at a higher rate. John threatened me with using them because I was pushing them to FINISH my funding.... correctly would be nice. Really a poor excuse for professionalism. Don't recommend you waste your time.

Amazing dealership, I went in and Joe Morales helped me out they where fast and helped me find a great car in my budget. Would definitely recommend

I did a last minute car purchase. This was the third vehicle that we got from Excalibur, always friendly staff. Go Avery went above and beyond helping me.

I just bought my 2nd car from Joel @ Excalibur and once

I just bought my 2nd car from Joel @ Excalibur and once again I'm blown away by the service, I literally bought this PERFECT 2021 suv via txt msgs & voice txt cuz I work 6 days a week & have ZERO time to come in, the entire process took about 2hrs, after telling Joel what I wanted he txt'd me a link to a car he thought id like, it was perfect except it didn't have autostart, i told Joel, no way, gotta have autostart & he got me a factory installed autostart for FREE, who does that? i took a quick break from work to sign the paperwork, took it for a test drive & it's PERRRRFECT, I will never buy a car from ANYONE else, these guys have the best deals, super nice rides & their lightning fast! THANK U Joel @ Xcali in Kennewick, WA, im sooooo happy AGAIN!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!

These are the real scammers! They turn off the emergency indicators in the car and sell it, giving no guarantee or opportunity to return it. They offer insurance but the insurance won't work if you bought it when the car was in trouble. All the cars are in a state of disrepair. The owners are rude and say the deal is done, they deceive people who have been saving up for their car for very many years. Do not repeat my mistakes

First Car Buyer

As a 15 year old looking for my first car, I had a nice experience. Friendly and accommodating, they cleaned up the headlights so I could see better at night going the extra mile to help my first car feel like a new car, not just new to me car. Thank you Excalibur Sydney and Dad.

Avery and the team were super easy to work with, the purchase process was quick and painless! Not they typical, all day dealership trip, I was able to communicate via text, scheduled a test drive and voila! purchase complete in under 2 hours! PERFECT experience for buying a car
